This is the apartment we have available.  It is one bedroom, with a large living room and kitchen.  The biggest perks are:

1) It is close to BYU by bike or car, easy access to I-15

2) Parking is never a problem

3) Laundry is available in home

3) We provide internet, cover water, sewer, and garbage - renters pay gas and electric ($30-$100 depending on the season and your usage)
